1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing the API endpoints, or utilizing the dashboard provided by 5MinutesAPI (operated by Ride All (Private) Limited), you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these stipulations, you are prohibited from utilizing our infrastructure.

2. Service Architecture

5MinutesAPI operates as a high-speed API gateway bridging your software applications to the Official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. We offer two distinct workspaces:

• Instant API (OTP Gateway): A Pay-As-You-Go wallet system designed strictly for Authentication (OTP) and transactional traffic.
• Dedicated WABA (Pro Plan): A flat-fee $99/month enterprise workspace allowing unrestricted Marketing and Utility messaging via Meta's Embedded Signup flow.

3. Pricing, Wallets, and Zero Markup Policy

Prepaid Wallet: The Instant API requires a minimum wallet top-up of $10. These are fully usable funds. Our system automatically deducts funds per message based on Meta's official country-specific rates plus a fractional routing fee. Failed deliveries to invalid numbers are automatically refunded to your wallet.

Zero Markup Guarantee (Pro Plan): Users subscribed to the $99/month Dedicated WABA plan will not be charged any per-message routing fees by 5MinutesAPI. All WhatsApp conversation costs are billed directly to the user's credit card by Meta via the Facebook Business Manager.

4. Strict Anti-Spam & Meta Compliance

You are utilizing official Meta infrastructure. Consequently, you must rigorously adhere to the WhatsApp Commerce and Business Policies. You explicitly agree to:

• Only dispatch messages to users who have provided explicit, verifiable opt-in consent.
• Refrain from purchasing or utilizing third-party contact lists for bulk broadcasting.
• Never transmit illicit, fraudulent, or harmful content.

Violation of these policies will result in immediate, permanent suspension of your API key and forfeiture of remaining wallet balances.

5. Uptime SLA and Limitation of Liability

While our Golang routing engine is engineered for massive concurrency and 99.99% uptime, 5MinutesAPI is provided on an "as is" basis. We act solely as a transit gateway. We shall not be held liable for any delivery failures, account bans, or messaging limitations enforced directly by Meta. In no event shall 5MinutesAPI be liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect business damages.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the unilateral right to suspend or terminate your access to the REST API and dashboard if we detect anomalous activity, severe drops in your Meta Quality Rating, or failure to fulfill subscription payments via Lemon Squeezy.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the utilization of 5MinutesAPI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
