Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At 5MinutesAPI, we strive to maintain a transparent and fair billing system. Due to the digital nature of our API infrastructure and our direct financial commitments to telecom networks (including Meta), our refund policies are strictly enforced to prevent abuse.

2. Automated Failed Message Refunds

Our Instant API routing engine works on a true Pay-As-You-Go model. If an API request fails to deliver because the destination number is invalid, unreachable, or does not have WhatsApp installed, our system automatically refunds the exact message cost back to your 5MinutesAPI wallet within milliseconds. You only pay for successfully delivered OTPs and messages.

3. Wallet Top-ups (Instant API)

Funds added to your 5MinutesAPI wallet (e.g., $10, $1,000, $5,000 top-ups) are converted into API credits. These top-ups are strictly non-refundable to the original payment method. However, these credits never expire and will remain in your wallet indefinitely for future API usage.

4. Dedicated WABA Subscription ($99/mo)

The Dedicated WABA workspace is a prepaid monthly subscription service. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or billing portal to prevent future charges. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current cycle. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused days in a month.

5. Account Bans & Policy Violations

5MinutesAPI maintains a zero-tolerance policy against spam, phishing, and violations of Meta's Commerce & Business Policies. If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to such violations, you will lose access to the platform immediately, and all remaining wallet balances will be permanently forfeited without refund.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We will review the server logs and rectify any genuine system errors.
